Job Title: Real Estate Data Entry Specialist
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1400 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Real Estate Data Entry Specialist to ensure our property records are accurate, complete, and ready for strategic use. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, detail-oriented work and is passionate about clean, organized data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and standardize real estate data by identifying and removing duplicates, correcting errors, and organizing for usability.
  • Verify key property information, including addresses, owner names, and contact details.
  • Research and enrich datasets with missing or outdated details.
  • Ensure high-quality standards by regularly reviewing datasets for accuracy.
  • Prepare periodic reports outlining data scrubbing results and quality metrics.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and adhere to best practices in data privacy.


Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and online databases.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Familiarity with real estate or property records is a plus, but not required.
  • Prior experience in data entry or data cleaning is helpful, though not mandatory.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with GIS tools, county records, or real estate platforms like PropStream, DataTree, or similar.
  • Experience with batch data validation tools or property databases.
  • Background in real estate, legal records, or administrative support.
