IDMC Developer | Leading Banking Institution

We are looking for an experienced IDMC Developer with expertise in Snowflake databases to join the team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining data integration solutions using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) while collaborating with data architects, analysts, and stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using Informatica IDMC to load and manage data in Snowflake databases.
• Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to understand and translate data requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize ETL workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Develop and maintain data mappings, workflows, and sessions in Informatica IDMC.
• Implement data quality and governance standards within ETL processes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain clear technical documentation for ETL processes and data integration solutions.
• Define and implement data integration best practices with stakeholders.
• Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support UAT.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

✔ 8+ years in data integration development using Informatica IDMC.
✔ Strong expertise with Snowflake databases, including data modeling, performance tuning, and security.
✔ Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (Python, Shell scripting).

Preferred Qualifications

➕ Experience handling Change Requests (deleting, modifying, and reactivating jobs in Control-M using XML editing).
➕ Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance.
➕ Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
➕ Advanced English communication skills.
