About the Role

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the growth and efficiency of performance advertising campaigns. You will manage, optimize, and analyze Google and Microsoft search ads, as well as Google Performance Max campaigns, ensuring maximum return on investment. This role requires a data-driven approach, strong analytical skills, and the ability to craft competitive ad strategies that align with business objectives.

Work hours: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm MNL

Work set-up: Remote


What you’ll do:

Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Set up, manage, and continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads.

  • Develop and implement Performance Max strategies to maximize engagement and conversions.

  • Manage large-scale budgets efficiently to achieve campaign goals.

  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, keywords, and audience targeting to improve performance.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Leverage Excel to generate detailed reports on campaign performance, analyzing key metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions.

  • Utilize Google Ads Editor and Bing Ads Editor to streamline campaign management.

  • Identify trends and provide insights to optimize ad spend and maximize ROI.

Collaboration & Strategy Development:

  • Write compelling ad copy and develop strategies to improve ad rank and engagement.

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing and business objectives.

  • Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.
