We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join us as a Startup CEO Business Assistant. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the CEO of a tech startup, with a focus on business development, fundraising, financial management, and overall company operations.

      Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in business development initiatives, including conducting market research, identifying potential partnerships and investors for our startups CEO clients.
  • Support fundraising efforts by preparing pitch decks, coordinating meetings with investors, and helping to create fundraising materials.
  • Assist with financial management tasks, including budgeting and financial forecasting for our startups CEO clients.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to CEOs, managing their schedules, handling email and phone correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Support overall operations of the company, including project management and collaboration with other teams
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other relevant documents
