About the role: 

We are looking for a Key Account Manager with focus on acquiring new clients to join our team. In this role, you will combine customer relationship management with a proactive sales approach to drive growth. You’ll manage existing client accounts, identify opportunities for expansion, and deliver exceptional solutions tailored to client needs.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts, as well as new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
  • Validate and oversee the accuracy of reporting and settlements, ensuring compliance with internal processes and customer agreements
  • Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding phases for clients, ensuring a smooth transition
  • Manage the setup of teams and provide effective team management (e.g. 1:1 meetings, addressing daily issues, providing feedback)
