Job Purpose

The Real-Time Personalisation Manager will lead the development and execution of a real-time personalisation strategy to create a seamless, omnichannel customer experience across the entire lifecycle. This role demands a data-driven mindset, expertise in A/B testing and customer segmentation, and a passion for leveraging technology to deliver tailored content and offers in real time. The ideal candidate will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to refine and optimise customer journeys, driving engagement and loyalty.

Areas of Responsibility

Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and execute a real-time personalisation strategy aligned with overall business and marketing goals.

Technology & Tools:

  • Continually stay up to date with platform developments and be a pioneer in rolling out the platform capabilities in an optimised strategic way.
  • Align closely with our Product team to integrate any new features or technologies.
  • Work closely with BI team to integrate and utilise data models into personalised Bloomreach automations.

Content & Campaigns:

  • Scope and deliver real-time personalised content, offers, and recommendations across digital channels (eg. on-site, SMS, Push, Weblayers, Email), which compliment and/or integrate with existing customer journeys and custom segments.

Testing & Optimisation:

  • Run A/B and multi-variant testing to continuously optimize personalisation efforts.

Data & Insights:

  • Analyse personalisation initiatives, providing regular insights to the wider business.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the wider marketing team, product, design and analytics teams to ensure cohesive and consistent customer journeys.

Compliance & Privacy:

  • Ensure all personalisation practices adhere to data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a personalisation, CRM, or real-time marketing role, preferably in the gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and behavioural targeting.
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong listening and communication skills with an open, collaborative approach.
  • Experience with using Bloomreach or equivalent multi-channel real-time marketing tools (such as Optimove/Adobe Experience Cloud/Segment).
  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent Professional Experience.
