Job Purpose
The Real-Time Personalisation Manager will lead the development and execution of a real-time personalisation strategy to create a seamless, omnichannel customer experience across the entire lifecycle. This role demands a data-driven mindset, expertise in A/B testing and customer segmentation, and a passion for leveraging technology to deliver tailored content and offers in real time.
