We are looking for talented candidates with the following qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in product management, product operations, UX/UI, or a related field

  • Strong proficiency in English—our written communication and documentation are in English

  • Experience in defining product requirements, collaborating with engineering teams, and driving product development

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into product improvements

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and customer-facing teams

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate product vision and strategy effectively

  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset and a user-centric approach

  • Ideally located in Brazil, Mexico, or Colombia

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus

Description of the Role:

As part of the Product Team, you will play a crucial role in defining and improving the products that drive Clara’s success. Your contributions will directly impact our customers, ensuring that we build intuitive, scalable, and high-performing solutions. While the specific responsibilities may vary by role, typical tasks will include:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Collaborate with leadership to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that align with business goals.

  • User Research & Insights: Gather user feedback, analyze data, and conduct market research to identify customer needs and pain points.

  • Product Development & Execution: Work closely with engineering and design teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely execution.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and operations to launch and iterate on products.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor product performance, measure key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize features.

  • Customer Experience & Growth: Identify opportunities to improve the user experience, streamline workflows, and drive product adoption.
