As a Language Tutoring and Training Lead you will provide training and support to tutors who deliver online tutoring sessions and manage a team of tutors who help learners produce speech and socialize in their new language. You will empower Rosetta Stone tutors to motivate thousands of learners, ensure they have the tools and support to do their job well, and provide feedback that helps them grow in their roles.

You are passionate about language education, with a strong background in training and development. You are a team player and have a desire to be part of a collaborative, goal-oriented team.

This is a remote full-time position for candidates living in the United States that may require some evening and weekend hours when necessary. #LI-REMOTE

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Create and deliver comprehensive internal tutor training programs, ensuring high-quality instruction and adherence to Rosetta Stone’s methodology
Responsible for day to day performance of tutors, including scheduling, support and approving time
Work closely with the Language Tutoring Team to offer coaching and support to tutors
Manage new tutor onboarding and certification process
Demonstrate expertise in the quality assurance process, including delivering evaluations in a wide range of languages
Extract, organize and communicate data related to tutoring performance, scheduling and outcomes
Assist in development of new tutoring lessons and materials

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in language instruction
Fluent in multiple languages preferred
Management experience preferred
Knowledgeable in instructional design principles, with experience creating engaging and informative training materials
Ability to anticipate needs and act independently to deliver results, showing resourcefulness in tackling tasks and projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter and quick learner with a passion for teaching and learning languages
