Provide high-quality psychiatric care to ReKlame patients
Conduct health assessments, which includes a detailed recording of the complete medical and psychosocial history of each client
Develop and implement treatment plans, including the prescription of medications
Monitor and evaluate treatment results by following up with client and supervisor to determine the effectiveness
Maintain interdisciplinary treatment by reviewing treatment plans and progress
Maintain patient records by documenting symptoms, medications, and treatment plans
Measure progress against each client’s plan and make adjustments as needed
Participate in coaching and development sessions with supervising psychiatrist
Collaborate with a broader team of NPs, psychotherapists, and MDs to assess and adjust high-risk client’s treatment plans as needed
Provide client education to promote habits that will prevent diseases and maintain good health
Remain abreast on the latest evidence-based psychiatric practices, medication, and treatment plans
Share key learnings and best practices with ReKlame
Support fellow clinicians in implementing best practices
Work from home: Evaluate and treat clients from the comfort of your own home through a telehealth video platform

Full-time salaried position at a rate of $120,000 to $145,000 yearly (commensurate with skills and experience)
