We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced ISO Quality Manager to oversee and enhance our quality management system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining ISO standards, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with quality regulations.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain ISO compliant quality management systems.
Conduct internal audits, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with different departments to integrate quality processes across the organization.
Maintain documentation and records related to quality management.
Train employees on quality standards and best practices.
Monitor and report on key quality metrics and suggest improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends and quality management best practices.
What You'll Bring to Numerator
Requirements
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
2 to 5 years of experience in quality management, ISO implementation, or process improvement.
Proficiency in quality management tools and software.
Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Certifications (Preferred): ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification.
