"As a pricing supervisor or associate manager in our Property Pricing group, you'll manage a team of three to five experienced pricing analysts helping to lead rate revision quality and execution in our West Region. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the advancement of our rate revision tools and collaborate with several state product managers on ratemaking decisions. In this role, you'll primarily lead existing revisions/projects within property pricing and work closely with Research and Development, Product Development, and the Catastrophe Modeling teams. "

Must Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher with an emphasis in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting or related field of study (e.g., Economics, Statistics).
  • Minimum of 3 years property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience (e.g., analytical work in a professional setting).

Preferred Skills

  • Prior insurance pricing and/or product experience
  • Strong analytical, technical, time management, and organization skills
  • Strong history of coaching, mentorship and training
  • Experience and demonstrated proficiency with data tools and systems
  • Proven ability and desire to work in a collaborative team environment

Compensation

  • $72,100 - $116,300/year depending on position level
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
