Strengthen our Marketing Cloud Team in full-time (40 hrs./week) as (Senior) Marketing Cloud Engineer (m/f/d).

This position is available as a full-time role at our IU office locations or remotely (must reside in Germany or the UK).

This role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation solutions tailored to business needs.

Your tasks

Developing and implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to align with business objectives and automating marketing processes to improve efficiency and personalization.
Utilizing SQL and relational data models for effective data management and segmentation.
Mentoring junior developers to ensure best practices in development and solution architecture.
Building and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns within SFMC.
Leveraging CloudPages to create personalized, interactive experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AMPscript, and SSJS.
Working with REST/SOAP APIs to integrate SFMC with Salesforce Core Clouds and third-party systems.
Partnering with marketing teams, product owners, and engineers to refine requirements and deliver impactful solutions.

Your Profile

Proven experience in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and API integrations for dynamic content and automation, along with hands-on experience in creating complex customer journeys and multi-step automation workflows.
Strong web development skills for landing pages and microsites within SFMC.
Advanced SQL skills for efficient data handling and audience segmentation.
Proficiency in integrating SFMC with Salesforce Sales Cloud and other third-party applications.
Proficiency in HTML/CSS for designing and developing responsive email templates.
Strong English communication skills are required.
