The starting base pay for this role is between $85,000 and $100,000 with a total earnings potential of up to $138,000 at target.
The
Clinic Liaison supports the Manager, Physician Relations, B2B, and is responsible for driving revenue growth and profit, increasing sales productivity, while focusing on value proposition. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the customer, maintain strong relationships, drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction. This is a remote/field role and can be based anywhere in the US, within a reasonable distance to a major airport.
Responsibilities
- Understands our portfolio and customer installed base, channels, buying and referral behavior and influences loyalty and growth aligned with our business strategy.
- Builds strong relationship with Field Sales team to drive leads and referrals to meet growth targets.
- On-site meetings with B2B partners to grow relationship and drive loyalty and participates in networking events to represent our solution and promote our brand.
- Educates clinical staff and nurses on product portfolio and aligns best solution for patient.
- Partners with Inside Sales and Financial Services team to drive lead conversion and donor match.
- Provides guidance and support as appropriate to accelerate sales velocity.
- Aligns with Strategic Accounts on business and go to market strategy.
- Meets goals for referral and customer contacts aligned to revenue targets.
- Escalates risk and opportunity pivot quickly to grow and maintain installed base.
Work Environment:
- Remote
- Travel Expectation: 40-50%, primarily within the US.

Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Fertility Customer Service, patient care, or clinical administration.
- Proven track record winning and maintaining partnerships with B2B installed base and driving revenue and market share.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Nursing or a related field or an RN with relevant clinical experience in the Fertility area.
