Who We’re Looking For:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator III to join tour team. This fully remote role is open to candidates across the U.S. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Active Directory, security and vulnerability management, and hybrid-cloud environments. This role requires strong expertise in Windows system administration, automation scripting, and endpoint management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support IAM and Directory Services in a hybrid-cloud environment, including Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Active Directory, OKTA, Kerberos, LDAP, DFS, Certificate Services, and LDAP directory synchronization.
  • Configure and maintain Group Policy, Endpoint Security, Virtual Server Snapshots, Trust Relationships, and Active Directory Sites and Services.
  • Lead security and vulnerability management initiatives, identifying and mitigating risks within a hybrid-cloud infrastructure.
  • Create and maintain desktop images, software packaging, and deployment using ManageEngine Endpoint Central.
  • Provide technical and business analysis for ETF infrastructure services, collaborating with IT leadership and technical teams.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, provide security consultation, and implement security measures to safeguard infrastructure services.
  • Support IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring best practices for system architecture and configurations.
  • Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless IT operations.

Qualifications:

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience managing IAM and Directory Services in a hybrid-cloud environment (Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, OKTA, Kerberos, LDAP, DFS, Certificate Services).
  • 8+ years of expertise in Group Policy, Endpoint Security, Virtual Server Snapshots, Trust Relationships, and Active Directory Sites and Services.
  • 5+ years of experience in security and vulnerability management, including hybrid-cloud security best practices.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in desktop image creation, maintenance, and software deployment using ManageEngine Endpoint Central.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in automation scripting for hybrid-cloud environments, including PowerShell and Graph API.
  • Experience with Python and Bash scripting is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Windows and O365 environments and the ability to optimize system performance.

Additional Information:

  • Interview Process: Conducted via Microsoft Teams with video. A real-time screenshot photo is required.
  • Contract Duration: Through 6/30/2025, with a strong possibility of extension.
  • Work Location: 100% Remote (Continental U.S. candidates only, no Wisconsin residency required).

Codeworks, LLC discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $45.00 and $50.00. This range is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable.
