Overview:
We are looking for two experienced Scrum Masters to join our Data and Analytics Program. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master and a solid understanding of Data Management or Business Intelligence (BI), which would be a strong plus. The role requires strong facilitation and communication skills to bridge the gap between the Product Owner and the development team while ensuring that Agile Release Train (ART) objectives are met.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate the constant flow of deliverables to maximize value for the ART objectives.
Promote a culture of learning across geographically distributed teams (Poland, India, Denmark).
Act as a servant leader, guiding the team and removing impediments.
Work closely with the Product Owner and Product Manager to ensure alignment on priorities.
Facilitate team progress tracking and maintain Agile best practices.
Support Azure DevOps-based workflow (No Jira usage).
Articulate status, blockers, and improvements effectively in meetings with stakeholders.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Strong skills in facilitation, communication, and Agile leadership.
Experience working in distributed teams across multiple time zones.
Knowledge of Data Analytics / Business Intelligence concepts is a strong plus.
Familiarity with SAFe methodology (Experience not required, but knowledge is beneficial).
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is NOT required.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (No Jira usage).
If based in Poland, availability for occasional office visits; if from another location, willingness to travel to Denmark as needed.
