Contract: B2B (Full-Time)

Location: Remote within Poland

Project Overview:

As a Lead Developer, you’ll join a stable and experienced team responsible for building fullstack systems using a serverless-first approach. The focus is on high performance, security, and clean code. The team follows Agile practices and emphasizes quality through code reviews, unit testing, and continuous deployment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of developers
Own the technical direction and architecture decisions
Collaborate closely with stakeholders and product owners
Ensure high code quality and maintainability
Oversee CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure
Participate in hands-on coding (approx. 60–70% of the time)
Promote best practices in serverless development and software engineering

Requirements:

Proven experience in fullstack development with Node.js and React
Strong hands-on experience with AWS and serverless architecture
Experience leading technical teams or mentoring developers
Solid knowledge of TypeScript and modern development practices
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD workflows
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Fluency in Polish and advanced level of English (B2/C1)
