Job Description:
Join our team as a Technical Project Manager and lead the successful delivery of complex technical projects for Fortune 500 clients. Your experience in project management, software development, and technical expertise will be critical in ensuring project timely and efficient delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project scope, develop plans, and manage project timelines and budgets. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage project risks will ensure project success. As a Technical Project Manager, you will drive innovation and deliver value to our clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership in a clear and concise manner.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure action items are tracked and completed on time.
• Manage project scope and change requests to ensure project goals are met within budget and timeline constraints.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path activities to ensure timely project delivery.
• Continuously improve project management processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

• Proficient in JIRA
• Experience utilizing Azure DevOps
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
• Experience mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the technology department
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams
• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
• Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
