Job Summary:
Working on the first-of-its-kind digital engineering group at Inception Health and delivering greenfield products as well as shaping our engineering culture, we are building a thriving engineering team focused on delivering a data driven and experience-focused digital services to our members, community, and providers. We aspire to bring a full-stack engineering culture as our philosophy to grow our engineering team and build a cross-functional resiliency of our members to dive in and help engineer experience across the technology stack layers.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
A minimum of 2 years of Engineering experience of software programming experience in a modern programming language such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C++, Golang, etc.
Familiar with common design patterns and data structures.
Exposure to server/client programming.
Comfortable with a variety of debugging techniques.
Prior experience with an issue tracker tool such as Jira, Trello, GitHub Issues/Project, etc.
Software development experience in one or more general purpose programming languages.
Modern Javascript and Typescript.
Maybe Go or Erlang. React and React Native.
Maybe React Native Web and Hermes!
Enjoy building and coding modern event-based architecture leveraging GraphQL, Relay, and modern Serverless backend technology.
Testing, unit testing, integration testing, performance testing, "everything" testing with tools like Jest, Detox, Cypress, K8, etc.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
BS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience, preferred.

Pay is expected to be between: (expressed as hourly) $37.95 - $64.92. Final compensation is based on experience and will be discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process.
