For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

- 3+ years of experience in payroll implementation, with a strong focus on ADP GlobalView.
- Minimum 3 end-to-end payroll implementations.
- Deep understanding of Portugal’s payroll regulations, tax compliance, and processing.
- Hands-on experience in data migration, system setup, and integration testing for enterprise platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English (at least B2).
- Experience with HRIS, ERP, or other HR/payroll software is a plus.
- Project management experience or certifications (PMP, Agile) are advantageous.
- Full-time remote role, must be based in Portugal.
