Job Overview:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to expand our customer and candidate base, enhance brand recognition, and drive business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B marketing, overall marketing strategy, campaign management, and team leadership. The Marketing Manager will oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing campaigns, social media management, content creation, client/lead attraction, and performance analysis.
✅ Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with HireLATAM's business objectives.
- Lead and manage all aspects of the marketing department, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, advertising, and client/lead attraction initiatives.
- Establish and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Client/Lead Attraction & General Marketing:
- Develop and execute strategies to attract and engage potential clients and leads.
- Create and manage marketing materials for client acquisition and retention.
- Develop and implement overall marketing strategies to increase company reach.
Digital Marketing Management:
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, SEO, paid media, digital advertising, social media, and website performance.
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Lead SEO/SEM initiatives to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, and similar tools.
- Partnership Management: Identify and manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, or vendors to support marketing goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market and competitor research to inform positioning and campaign strategies.
Social Media & Content Strategy:
- Manage and curate daily content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Support short-form content marketing efforts and coordinate with video/content editors.
- Coordinate with other team members to obtain content as needed.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and analyze candidate pipeline success across various online platforms.
- Provide regular reports and insights on marketing campaign performance and ROI.
- Monitor website performance and implement strategies to improve user experience and conversions.
Technology & Tools Management:
- Manage and optimize the marketing database, HubSpot CRM, and other essential marketing tools.
- Utilize cloud-based phone software (OpenPhone, Dialpad) for communication and tracking.
- Proficiently use Microsoft and Google Suite for collaboration and reporting.
🔥 Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B marketing experience with US-based businesses.
- Proven experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and advertising campaigns.
- Expertise in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns across digital advertising platforms (Facebook, Google, Instagram, TikTok).
- Proficiency with email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Familiarity with analytics platforms like Google Analytics for performance tracking and insights.
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft/Google Suite.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and reporting.
- Experience in developing and executing overall marketing strategies, including brand management and creation.
