Job Title: Remote Sales Development Representative (100% Work From Home)


Location: Remote from Latin America


Position Type: Full-time


Salary: $1,500 - 2,000 USD/month depending on experience


Schedule: Monday to Friday, business hours Eastern or Central Time; 9 hours with an 1 hour lunch break

By transitioning to digital tickets, they eliminate the need for costly physical infrastructure and printing expenses associated with traditional paper tickets, effectively reducing operational costs. Customers benefit from the convenience of purchasing tickets online, bypassing long queues and cumbersome manual processes. The company's user-friendly interface enhances the overall customer experience, while robust security measures ensure the integrity of transactions.


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The SDR will be responsible for generating qualified leads through proactive cold outreach, including calls and emails. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a proven ability to set appointments and drive sales for our innovative digital ticketing platform.



Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
  • Conduct outbound cold calls and email campaigns to identify and qualify potential clients.
  • Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to generate qualified leads.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads and sales activities.
  • Appointment Setting & Sales:
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team to present and demonstrate our digital ticketing platform.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Primo Ticketing to potential clients.
  • Close sales and achieve sales targets.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding market insights and customer needs.


Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

  • Sales Acumen:
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Ability to overcome objections and build rapport with potential clients.
  • Experience and familiarity with email marketing strategies
