Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled S4/HANA Functional Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing SAP solutions. This role involves working closely with various business units to understand their requirements and translating those requirements into functional and technical design documented solutions that deliver long-term value to the business. A comprehensive understanding of S4/HANA, SAC Analytics & Planning, Fiori and Group Reporting, as well as S4 Security background are required, with the ability to translate business user needs and requirements into potential system solutions.

Position Responsibilities:

Interact with business users and project management professionals to understand requirements and translate them into documented functional and technical design solutions. The primary focus is SAP Financials
Lead the design and implementation of SAP S4 HANA solutions across multiple business segments, working with functional subject matter experts, IT, PMO, business analysts and program leadership
Create, document and maintain functional specifications and solution designs
Lead process standardization and optimization initiatives
Act in an advisory capacity when business users are contemplating alternative solutions and need assistance in identifying best and standard practices
Oversee the integration of SAP solutions with other financial systems to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency
Manage and mitigate risks related to SAP solutions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Conduct regular system audits to detect deviations from standards and identify opportunities for improvement
Supplement training programs as needed for end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP solutions
Collaborate with other architects, developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements and strategic goals
Coordinate with selected consolidations and reporting solutions (TBD), leveraging these tools to deliver insightful financial analysis and reporting solutions
Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
5 - 7 Years
Extensive training and experience in SAP solutions, including S/4 HANA, SAP Fiori, SAC, and Group Reporting
Proven track record of designing and implementing SAP solutions in a complex business environment
Experience in performing a role as a Technical Consulting at least two end-to-end projects (Upgrades, Implementations).
Ability to balance business demands and IT fulfillment in terms of standardization, reducing risk, and increasing IT flexibility.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with various stakeholders, simultaneously
Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology, Fiori apps, and S/4HANA innovations
Communicates in a concise, meaningful and respectful manner, both verbally and in writing
Listens attentively, ask questions and ensures understanding
