Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation

  • Identify and develop potential customer leads using modern prospecting tools like Clay, Smartlead, and similar platforms
  • Build and maintain targeted lead lists through data enrichment tools and automated prospecting workflows
  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns through various touchpoints

Lead Qualification and Assessment

  • Expertly evaluate leads using a comprehensive framework
  • Develop a nuanced understanding of our ideal customer profile
  • Efficiently prioritize and segment leads for targeted outreach
  • Use engagement metrics from automation tools to qualify prospects

Strategic Outreach and Communication

  • Design and execute automated yet personalized email sequences with high engagement rates
  • Develop and A/B test multiple communication strategies for different customer segments
  • Set up and monitor drip campaigns through sales automation platforms
  • Craft persuasive email scripts and communication templates optimized for conversions

Sales Negotiation and Relationship Building

  • Skillfully navigate sales conversations to understand customer needs
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements
  • Build rapport and trust with potential customers
  • Maintain ongoing communication to nurture long-term business relationships

Deal Closure and Account Management

  • Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure
  • Follow up on commitments and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Use automation tools to maintain engagement throughout the sales cycle

Performance Tracking and Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain detailed records in our CRM system
  • Generate comprehensive sales reports and performance analytics
  • Continuously analyze sales metrics to identify improvement opportunities
  • Optimize outreach campaigns based on data-driven insights


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 0-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience
  • Required: Hands-on experience with Clay, Smartlead, or similar sales automation and prospecting tools
  • Proven track record of setting up and managing automated outreach campaigns
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
