SHI is seeking a Senior Campaign Manager to oversee the management and execution of SHI growth marketing campaigns including End User Devices, Cybersecurity, and Artificial Intelligence. The Senior Campaign Manager will partner with internal marketing functions to design the campaign plan and manage all channel performance.
This is an exciting opportunity to define and manage campaign architecture at a Fortune 500 company and expand SHI’s omnichannel marketing capabilities. An ideal candidate will have experience designing omnichannel campaign plans and possess an understanding of modern marketing channels. Success for the Senior Campaign Manager will be measured by the generation of new business opportunities and expansion of SHI market awareness.
This position will report to the SHI Somerset, NJ or Austin, TX office locations as determined by management.

Responsibilities
Include, but not limited to:
Design omnichannel marketing plans, working with internal events, paid media, and communication teams to build and deploy integrated campaign plans
Partner with product marketing to design campaign messaging and positioning that differentiates SHI solutions and fits a compelling market need
Identify and manage campaign target accounts, contributing to persona design, managing account lists, and addressing market segmentation for SHI offerings
Inform channel investment strategy, partnering with internal digital, events, creative, and campaign marketing teams to deliver an omnichannel campaign strategy
Accountable for ensuring all marketing plan tactics are executed with direct responsibility for email, direct mail, virtual events, advertising, telemarketing, microsites, sales communications, and reporting
Develop and deploy nurture strategy for all SHI marketing activities aligned to campaign offerings and themes for converting cold and warm leads into hot leads
Interlock with creative to inform content strategy aligned to campaign target personas and tactical needs
Capture insights and feedback, internally and externally, to inform future campaign strategy and messaging
Report on campaign performance, including individual channel outcomes and business impact
Represent SHI Marketing and lead external update cadences with partners to ensure streamlined collaboration
Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in a demand generation or marketing role
Knowledge and experience executing modern marketing channels including digital media, events, and paid referral tactics
Proven track record of executing successful marketing activities
Experience working in growth marketing in the cybersecurity space is preferred
Required Skills
Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and execute with attention to detail
Excellent presentation skills and confidence in communicating
Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders to ensure success
Experience with reporting and data analysis
Desire to learn and grow in a transformational organization
Additional Information
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
