About The Team

Our Operations team works with a diverse customer base to support several nationally significant supply chains. With management responsibility spanning across five states, our 8,500km rail network is used to transport bulk products, passenger and general freight, including steel and a vast array of consumer items such as groceries, electrical goods and other items for both import and export markets.

The Operations teams work within several complex and challenging environments, including some of the busiest rail corridors in Australia to deliver safe, efficient and sustainable service delivery outcomes for its customers, stakeholders and the community.

About The Opportunity

What do we want from you?

To ensure success in this position, applicants will be able to demonstrate:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a maintenance operations and staff supervision
  • Sound Experience in the administration and management of rail infrastructure maintenance or manufacturing work teams
  • Knowledge and proven ability to apply Work, Health and safety principles
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with key internal and external stakeholders
