Pfizer Dermatology is seeking a franchise-level Sr. Manager, Dermatology Congress Marketing. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for leading all elements of the dermatology congress strategy, planning, and tactical execution across the dermatology franchise. The Sr. Manager will create a harmonized approach across the brands and will partner with numerous cross-functional colleagues to represent Pfizer Dermatology with our customers. Pfizer Dermatology is planning to attend ~35 national and ~26 regional congresses in 2025, and it represents a key pillar to our HCP engagement strategy. Significant travel is expected to be successful in this role.
This position requires exceptional project management expertise, strategic thinking and prioritization, change-agility, cross-functional partnership, and the ability to lead through a diverse set of internal/external stakeholders. The successful candidate should demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills, exemplary leadership, detail-oriented execution, with a proven track record of fostering cross-functional collaboration and delivering exceptional results. The Sr. Manager will report to the US CIBINQO Lead. He/she will also have a dotted line reporting to the US LITFULO Lead to enable collaboration across both brands.
