You will execute our export operations to ensure our goods arrive on time at the lowest landed cost while ensuring compliance with government regulations. To accel in this role, you will work collaboratively with business partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions and execution. Externally, you will be responsible for the operational management of third-party logistics vendors, customs brokers, freight forwarders and other stakeholders needed to perform and deliver the requirements of this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for activities such as documentation preparation (invoice, packing list, bills of lading), customs management, track and trace, claims management, invoice billing management, compliance execution (HSE, quality, risk management), tenders support, and third-party performance management.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Support of the product registration process from inception to completion, using both English & Spanish-language expertise.
• Support the Documentation & Registration Supervisor with delegated assignments.
• Generate requests to appropriate department personnel responsible for specific document creation while continuously communicating with all departments to determine status of request.
• Apply for certificates of free sale from various US Departments of State and global counterparts.
• Direct local agencies retained by MDLZ to coordinate legalization of free sale/global certificates with local agencies.
• Coordinate and verify documentation required for the registration of products in global markets
• Maintain registration information and certificates in Registration SharePoint.
• Obtain & maintain new and/or changing government requirements/regulations for customs in documentation database
• Coordinates samples for product registration.

Supports Documentation & Registration Supervisor and AMEX Sales team. Assisting with documentation requirement for registrations.

-Functional Work Experience – 2 years
Education / Certifications:
Bachelors degree is preferred.

Salary:
The base salary range for this position is $66,400 to $91,300; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
