Microsoft Business Unit Manager

Job Description:

About the Role:

You will be collaborating with Arrow ECS's Leaders and Vendors to plan a successful strategy for the business unit. You will have an opportunity to design, implement and execute a sales strategy, and together with your team of Business Development, Technical and Sales Specialists, you will be able to sell and promote Arrow's solutions to the Clients in Spain.

What will you be doing at Arrow?

  • You will manage the growth and development of two teams – 4 direct reports and 20 undirect reports

  • Be responsible for the overall budget and profitability ratios for the assigned business unit

  • Create sales projections and set objectives for assigned business unit products

  • Develop and execute full strategic sales, marketing plans and programs for assigned business unit products

  • Drive sales efforts for assigned business unit products

  • Take responsibility for increasing and tracking the company's market share

  • Support customers in close cooperation with presales, consultants, and architects

  • Ensure high-level customer and vendor satisfaction

  • Support sales resources in offers & presentations

  • Plan, implement, and moderate manufacturer and customer meetings/workshops

  • Integrate and lively involvement in strategic clients and projects

What are we looking for?

  • You have relevant experience in the IT sector

  • Preferred - exposure to security and IT infraestructure

  • Strong Leadership and People Management skills

  • Experience in managing diverse teams

  • Very good understanding of current microsoft solutions and platforms

  • Strong experience in sales and business development

  • Strategic thinking, excellent presentation skills, demonstrate strong collaboration skills, ability to effectively communicate internally and externally, and a proven customer-oriented mindset

  • Native in Spanish and fluent in English
