We are currently searching for a Cybersecurity Project Manager:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all M&A cybersecurity projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope.
  • Coordinate third-party risk management assessment activities among key process stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with IT security teams and business leaders to align project objectives.
  • Coordinate with Data Privacy representatives to ensure security projects meet regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).
  • Work with technical teams to deploy security controls, tools, and security frameworks.
  • Develop status reports, risk assessments, and executive summaries for leadership.

Requirements:

  • 9–12 years of experience in project management, with at least 3–5 years in cybersecurity project management or a related role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience managing portfolios and handling SVP, VP, and CXO relationships.
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks, risk management, cloud security (Azure, AWS), and network security principles.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Planview, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Project.

Desired:

  • Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CISM, or Security+ (not mandatory but preferred).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into actionable plans.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high data security and quality.
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

Languages:

  • Advanced oral English.
  • Native Spanish.
