We are currently searching for a Discovery Analyst / Business Analyst:

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth due diligence by collaborating with various stakeholders in M&A to understand business applications and identify redundancies.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of P&C insurance products and experience in PAS implementation projects.
  • Possess a solid understanding of the P&C insurance landscape, applications, and integrations.
  • Understand how applications interact with the Windows Operating System.
  • Understand cloud services (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, DaaS), microservices, and APIs.
  • Exhibit excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Communicate complex technical solutions effectively, both orally and in writing. 

Requirements

  • 8 to 11 years of experience as a Discovery Analyst or Business Analyst.
  • Strong knowledge of P&C insurance products and applications.
  • Understanding of cloud services and application integration.

Desired 

  • Good understanding of diverse technologies, including M365 and Azure.
  • Technical capability across IT Infrastructure, Telephony, EUD, Printing, Data, Application, and Digital subject areas.
  • Hands-on technical capability.

Languages

  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Native Spanish.
