M365 Engineer

We are currently searching for an M365 Engineer:

Responsibilities:

• Perform full-cycle tenant-to-tenant and G Suite to M365 migrations, including discovery, cleanup, testing, execution, and post-migration support.
• Lead hands-on technical migration processes, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Utilize Quest On-Demand for migration tasks with expert proficiency.
• Provide direct, hands-on implementation with 100% keyboard involvement.
• Understand and support enterprise messaging and collaboration related to Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) processes.

Requirements:

• 7 to 9 years of experience in M365 engineering and migrations.
• Expertise in tenant-to-tenant and G Suite to M365 migrations.
• Hands-on experience across all migration phases, from discovery to post-migration support.
• Strong proficiency with Quest On-Demand for migration activities.
• Knowledge of enterprise collaboration and messaging as it pertains to M&A processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft M365 and Azure implementation.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desired:

• Experience using BitTitan for non-standard migration paths.
• Familiarity with ShareGate for migration tasks.
• Background in the insurance industry, including knowledge of insurance technologies and vendors.
• Experience defining and working with delivery methodologies.

Languages:

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
