We are currently searching for a Senior Database Administrator:

Responsibilities:

  • Design, migrate, and transform data to and from Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL, Azure SQL Data Warehouse, Dynamics CRM, and Dynamics 365.
  • Implement and manage integration technologies such as SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and Azure Integration Services.
  • Manage and optimize relational SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Work with Snowflake on both AWS and Azure cloud environments.
  • Perform data wrangling and preparation for visualization within Power BI.
  • Design and maintain large-scale databases on the Azure platform.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries and manage database management systems (DBMS) such as Azure SQL Database.
  • Implement data integration, ETL processes, data ingestion, transformation, and loading.
  • Apply data modeling concepts, techniques, and best practices.
  • Conduct data profiling and quality assessment to ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data requirements and develop effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • 7 to 9 years of hands-on experience in database administration.
  • Expertise in SQL, Azure Data Factory, and data integration processes.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling and database design on the Azure platform.
  • Proficiency in data management and optimization strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with client stakeholders in a collaborative environment.

Desired:

  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
  • Experience in the insurance domain.
  • Azure certifications in data-related fields (e.g., Azure Data Engineer, Azure Database Administrator).

Languages:

  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Native Spanish.
