At Arctic Wolf, we're not just navigating the cybersecurity landscape - we're redefining it. Our global team of dedicated Pack members is driving innovation and setting new industry standards every day. Our impact speaks for itself: we've earned recognition on the Forbes Cloud 100, CNBC Disruptor 50, Fortune Future 50, and Fortune Cyber 60 lists, and we recently took home the 2024 CRN Products of the Year award. We’re proud to be named a Leader in the IDC MarketScape for Worldwide Managed Detection and Response Services and earning a Customers' Choice distinction from Gartner Peer Insights. Our Aurora Platform also received CRN’s Products of the Year award in the inaugural Security Operations Platform category. Join a company that’s not only leading, but also shaping, the future of security operations.

Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Creative Director to be a part of making this happen.

About the Role

The Creative Director will be a highly strategic leader responsible for elevating our brand identity, creating iconic campaigns, and refining the creative process. You will lead a talented team of designers and developers while working closely with marketing, sales, product, and executive teams to ensure cohesive, impactful creative output. Your leadership will shape how we communicate our mission, values, and expertise to the market, ensuring consistency, innovation, and excellence across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Leadership: Own the creative direction and vision for our brand, ensuring it resonates with target audiences, stands out in the competitive cybersecurity space, and aligns with business objectives.

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, execute, and oversee large-scale, memorable, and iconic marketing campaigns that drive brand recognition, customer engagement, and growth.

  • Creative Innovation: Continuously push the boundaries of creative excellence by applying industry-leading design principles, trends, and technologies. Drive innovative approaches to storytelling and content creation.

  • Creative Process Optimization: Streamline and optimize creative workflows to ensure efficiency, high-quality output, and on-time delivery of projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creative professionals, fostering collaboration, growth, and a culture of innovation. Set clear goals, provide constructive feedback, and develop talent within the team.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, sales, and executive teams to ensure creative strategies align with broader business goals and objectives.

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all channels, including digital, print, events, and social media, maintaining a cohesive visual identity and messaging that aligns with the company's vision.

  • Creative Strategy & Reporting: Provide strategic insights and recommendations for creative approaches and performance metrics. Monitor the effectiveness of creative initiatives and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.

  • Agency Network Management and Expansion: Build a world-class agency network to support Arctic Wolf’s various needs and manage SOWs, project expectations, and ultimately ensure ROI.

Who You Are

  • Proven track record of developing and executing impactful, large-scale brand campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.

  • Deep understanding of design principles, creative technologies, and emerging trends in the marketing and advertising industries.

  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and drive results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex challenges into creative solutions.

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to senior leadership.

  • Experience optimizing creative processes, improving efficiencies, and working cross-functionally with other teams to meet deadlines and objectives.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, strategic thinking, and successful campaign execution.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in creative leadership, ideally within a high-growth, technology-focused environment (cybersecurity, SaaS, or similar).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cybersecurity or related tech industries is a plus, but not required.
