Job description

The Mission

At CovertSwarm, our goal is to disrupt the security industry—not just through constant attack, but through powerful storytelling, sharp execution, and impactful experiences. As our Marketing Executive, you’ll help shape and deliver both the content and events that amplify our voice and accelerate our growth—splitting your time between digital content creation and event execution.

The Opportunity

This is your chance to be a key player in one of the most provocative brands in the cybersecurity industry. You’ll own and execute key parts of the day-to-day marketing engine—from blog content to landing pages, podcasts to social media—and play a leading role in the planning and delivery of events, including workshops, roundtables, and industry conferences. You'll support multi-channel campaigns that engage our audience and drive both digital and in-person impact.

You’ll work across the entire business—from delivery to sales to operations—turning bold ideas into action, supporting CovertSwarm’s global growth through creative and operational execution. You’ll be joining a global team of talented ethical hackers and technical experts, reporting directly to the CMO.

You must be based in the United Kingdom or Spain to apply for this role.

What you'll be doing

  • Own and produce content including blogs, whitepapers, newsletters, emails, and more
  • Manage our website CMS—updating, editing, and evolving web content
  • Own our social media channels with confidence and creativity
  • Support the planning and coordination of events: workshops, roundtables, industry conferences, etc.
  • Coordinate award entries, sponsorship opportunities, and paid media placements
  • Produce creative assets and visual content to support campaigns (using Canva, Figma, etc.)
  • Support campaign delivery across social, email, SEO, and paid media
  • Create and manage campaign landing pages, digital assets, and event-related collateral
  • Support podcast production and other media-led content
  • Support CRM management (HubSpot), reporting and marketing analytics
  • Provide hands-on marketing support to stakeholders across the business

What we're looking for

Mindset

  • A curious, tenacious self-starter who thrives on figuring things out
  • Unafraid to get stuck in and take ownership
  • Obsessed with detail—but always sees the bigger picture
  • Full of creative ideas, with a passion for turning them into standout content and memorable experiences

Skills & Experience

  • Experience working in a B2B marketing role (cybersecurity preferred)
  • Native-level English (essential), with outstanding written and verbal communication skills and a strong instinct for storytelling
  • A passion for exploring and using AI tools to boost content creation, automate workflows, and enhance campaign performance
  • Degree in Marketing, creative industries, or equivalent real-world experience
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing fundamentals
  • Familiarity with HubSpot (or similar CRM and email platforms)
  • Understanding of Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads
  • Experience working with design and editing tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Audition, etc.)
Solid project management and organizational skills

You must have full legal right to work in either the EU or the UK—unfortunately, we’re unable to sponsor visas at this time.

The Perks

Join a team that values both ambition and balance:

  • Remote-first working – operate from anywhere
  • Unlimited training – upskill at your pace
