As we continue to grow, we are looking to add an additional Field Service Installation Engineer to our Field Service team. The primary focus of the role will be diagnosing and repairing existing product in the field, and when required, installing Ticketer’s range of products to our customer base throughout the UK. You will have the ability to train users on the basic functionality of the product/system, as well as being able to provide support from a remote location.

 

The role will include:


  • Hands-on on-site testing, troubleshooting, service, and repairs at customer locations
  • On-site maintenance training for customers
  • When required, on-site installation of products
  • Timely and professionally handling of field service calls and issues arising from field service visits.
  • Timely completion and submission of all required paperwork
  • Communication with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.
  • other duties commensurate with the capabilities of a Field Service Engineer
  • Frequent travel within the UK will be necessary.
  • Weekend work and some out-of-hours will be required on an ‘ad hoc’ basis. The frequency will be determined by the urgency and impact on the business of the issue.

 

We are looking for someone who:


  • Is quick to learn, positive, adaptable, and energetic.
  • Has Technical qualifications in electrical/ mechanical engineering or related subject; or can show relevant experience in the key areas gained over a number of years
  • Experience in service and maintenance of electrical products
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Thrives on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Has excellent communication and prioritisation skills.
  • Is a self-starter, problem-solver, motivated, and comfortable working under their own initiative.
  • Has a full current driving license (a company car and fuel card will be provided)
