Position Title: Admin Support
Work Set-up: Work from Home
Schedule: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Salary: Php 35,000 – Php 45,000

We are looking for an Admin Support professional who will assist with general administrative tasks to support the company’s daily operations. This role is ideal for a proactive, hardworking individual with excellent communication skills who is interested in contributing to a company that prioritizes environmental sustainability and community welfare.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A ADMIN SUPPORT


Responsibilities as a Admin Support:
• requesting certificates of insurance and coordinating insurance, handling contracting, assisting with business licenses and certifications
• Provide general administrative support, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
• Assist in preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain office files and records in an organized and easily accessible manner.
• Handle office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of office equipment.
• Support project teams with administrative tasks as required.
• Coordinate internal meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
• Assist in maintaining office budgets and tracking expenses.
• Help organize events or conferences when needed.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle other administrative tasks as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications as a Admin Support:

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4 year course
• Proven professional experience in a similar administrative or equivalent role.
• Experience in the water or environmental industry (Watearth-related experience is a plus, but not required).
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Genuine interest in the company’s mission to help people, communities, and the environment.
