Position Title: Mortgage Broker Assistant
Work Set-up: Work from Home
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT
Salary: PHP 45,000 – 55,000

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR MORTGAGE BROKER ASSISTANT

Your Responsibilities as a Mortgage Broker Assistant will be:

Client Communication & Coordination:
• Monitoring and responding to emails, answering basic inquiries and providing updates on application status.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and mortgage brokers.
• Assist clients with gathering necessary documentation for loan applications.

Document Preparation & Organization:
• Assist in preparing and organizing mortgage application packages and related documents.
• Ensure all client documentation is complete and accurate, including income verification, credit reports, and property information.
• Maintain organized filing systems (digital) for easy retrieval of documents.

Administrative Support:
• Process and input client information into relevant mortgage processing systems.
• Prepare forms, loan applications, and other documentation as required by mortgage brokers.
• Coordinate with lenders, underwriters, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely processing of applications.

Loan Processing Support:
• Help monitor and track the progress of loan applications through underwriting and approval stages.
• Assist with the completion of any additional documentation or information requests.
• Order pricing requests and valuations. Relates to application preparation and post settlement customer support.
• Follow up with clients and lenders to ensure timely submission of necessary paperwork.

Database and Record Maintenance:
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date client records are maintained within CRM systems.
• Assist with the preparation of reports and documentation for compliance and audit purposes.

Other Duties as Assigned:
• Provide general administrative support to the mortgage team, including filing, faxing, scanning, and email correspondence.
• Assist with marketing and client outreach as directed by the mortgage broker.


Qualifications as Mortgage Broker Assistant:


• Degree in business, finance, Accounting, IT or related field preferred.
• Atleast 3years Previous proven experience as Mortgage Broker Assistant or similar role
• Knowledge with AU mortgage processes and compliance
• Experience with mortgage software or CRM Aggregator with Serviceability calculator
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook ) and GSuite Apps like Spreadsheet
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism and customer service focus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance standards.
