Job description

This is a remote position.

This company seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager with experience in the concrete industry to oversee and coordinate projects efficiently. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of construction processes, the ability to read plans (a plus), and proficiency in managing multiple software systems. This role requires proactive communication, scheduling oversight, and ensuring seamless project execution from estimation to completion.

Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate estimates in JOBBER within 24 hours for reviewal and approval.
Review the daily job schedule and maintain effective communication with owner and Foreman to track project progress.
Ensure all necessary materials are ready before each job begins.(Foreman, arc, deliverables companies)
Confirm that the Foreman has ordered concrete in advance.
Monitor job flow to prevent delays, ensuring no more than a 3-hour gap between jobs.
Provide daily customer updates on scheduling and progress.
Conduct post-completion customer calls to review concrete maintenance and payment procedures.
Inform customers about upcoming invoices and available payment methods.
Schedule and attend job site walk-throughs with customers and the Foreman.
Follow up on outstanding leads to secure new business opportunities.
Address customer inquiries and make necessary adjustments to estimates as requested.

Requirements

Experience in the concrete or construction or related fields.
Ability to read and interpret plans (preferred).
Experience with Jobber (plus)
Proficient in using various software platforms to manage workflows.
Problem-Solving Ability: A proactive mindset to identify bottlenecks and improve processes.
