Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Monday 11 AM to 2 PM
  • Tuesday 11 AM to 1 PM
  • Wednesday 11 AM to 2 PM
  • Thursday 11AM to 1 PM California time (10 hours per week).
  • Client Timezone: Pacific Standard Time (California)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn. You will assist with a variety of tasks, from managing email outreach to researching potential sponsorships and partnerships. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and follow up on marketing-related emails, including cold outreach to potential clients and partners
  • Research and identify potential sponsorship and brand partnership opportunities to enhance our marketing strategy
  • Help update and send pitch decks, incorporating feedback to align with client and partner needs
  • Track sponsorship leads and opportunities via Instagram, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication
  • Organize tasks, meetings, and deadlines using tools like Notion, Google Calendar, and other project management tools
  • Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks and project-based duties as needed to support the marketing team


Requirements

  • Experience using Instagram for outreach, lead discovery, and managing brand communications
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Notion, Trello, or similar platforms
