This is a remote position.

Role Name: High-End Executive Assistant

Schedule:

  • 40 hours/week minimum Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm Washington DC time with 1 hour unpaid break (8 paid hours per day)

  • US Eastern Time hours required

Responsibilities
  • Drive operational efficiency by managing complex administrative functions and business processes
  • Oversee payroll administration and processing through established systems
  • Handle sophisticated financial tasks including specialized architectural invoicing and bookkeeping
  • Coordinate and manage HR-related functions and documentation
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal team members, clients, and suppliers
  • Orchestrate meeting scheduling and calendar management for leadership
  • Provide strategic administrative support for various business operations
  • Maintain availability for occasional urgent matters outside standard hours
  • Facilitate effective communication between team members, leadership, and external stakeholders
