Job Overview:
As the Marketing Manager (SEO & Content Strategy), you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies, optimizing content for search engines, and improving organic traffic. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our content aligns with business goals and enhances user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance tracking to refine SEO strategies.
  • Lead content strategy initiatives, ensuring the creation of high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content.
  • Work closely with content writers, designers, and developers to implement SEO best practices.
  • Manage on-page and off-page SEO, including link-building strategies.
  • Optimize website structure, metadata, and internal linking for improved search visibility.
  • Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) to monitor performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEO efforts with broader marketing and business objectives.
  • Report on key metrics, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in SEO, content strategy, and/or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving organic growth through SEO strategies.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
  • Excellent content strategy skills, with the ability to guide writers and optimize content for search engines.
  • Knowledge of technical SEO, including site speed optimization, schema markup, and crawlability.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.) and HTML/CSS basics.
  • Quick learner with strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Exceptional writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with local SEO and healthcare marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of PPC and paid search strategies.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and their impact on SEO.
