We’re home to over 120 of the most exclusive top-tier brands, from Nike and Stone Island, to Off-White and Gallery Dept., including our private label brand of essential cut and sew apparel. At FEATURE, we’re in a never-ending pursuit of the latest and greatest niche brands and are always evolving while offering some of the most exclusive, limited release product in the world. We are now rapidly expanding with the success of our online store, our flagship location at Wynn Las Vegas, the original store in Chinatown, our third location in Calabasas, CA, our forth location in Scottsdale, AZ and our newest location in La Jolla, CA.

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are excited to add this critical member to our Ecommerce Team. We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to join FEATURE and drive the organic growth of our rapidly expanding online store. As SEO Manager, you will be responsible for growing search engine optimization efforts and organic presence, ensuring that our exclusive products and premium brand identity reach the right audience at the right time. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of SEO best practices and a proven track record of boosting online visibility in competitive markets. With an already matured and well-established program, we are seeking someone to elevate our SEO to new heights while playing a pivotal role in shaping FEATURE’s digital presence as we continue to scale globally.

 

In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of the FEATURE brand in an effort to deliver excellent brand representation, customer experience, engagement, and revenue at every organic touchpoint. Our ideal candidate has a passion for sneakers but also enjoys fashion, music, and art. You must be able to excel in a fun and fast-moving environment all while paying close attention to details and meeting set deadlines. This is a full-time position and will be remote from the Salt Lake City area.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Develop and implement robust technical and content SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search rankings, and drive conversions for our website, app, and digital communities
  • Conduct keyword research tailored to sneaker culture and premium apparel + accessories to optimize product pages, editorial content, and landing pages
  • Collaborate with the ecommerce and content teams to create SEO-optimized editorials, product descriptions, and enhanced website content that align with Feature’s brand voice and target audience 
  • Collaborate with merchandising team to maintain optimal site taxonomy
  • Monitor XML sitemaps and Webmaster Tools and ensure our webpages are in good standing, and improving domain authority, with each search engine 
  • Obsessively drive improvements to all SEO KPIs 
  • Manage onsite and offsite optimization including: meta data, product descriptions, image nomenclature, title tags, and schema markup 
  • Develop, implement, monitor and report on link building campaigns 
  • Build in-depth weekly KPI dashboards and reports 
  • Collaborate with web developers and product manager to ensure new functionality is optimized for SEO 
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and competitor strategies to keep Feature at the forefront of the industry
  • Scale international efforts
  • Develop a deep understanding of the FEATURE brand, its portfolio of brands and their impacts to performance at the product and business level
  • Own and enhance all brick and mortar digital profiles for “Google my business” and “Apple business connect”

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle industries
  • Proven success in driving organic traffic and improving search rankings for high traffic websites
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies
  • Proficiency with required desktop and SEO tools
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive and be productive in a fast-moving environment
  • Bachelor’s degree marketing, business, or a related field (preferred but not required)

 

TO STAND OUT:

  • Deep knowledge in Google Analytics
  • Experience with Tapcart
  • Experience managing large-scale websites with 75k+ pages and 65k+ products
  • Experience with Shopify
  • Show the ability to leverage Ai to enhance technical SEO workflows and drive automations and efficiency
  • Background and interest in footwear & fashion industry
