How you will have an impact
Lead revenue cycle onboarding for MSA health system partners, including payer enrollment, clinic setup, and ERA/EFT configuration.
Oversee RCM performance for partner clinic visits, ensuring accurate billing, denial management, and payment reconciliation.
Deliver monthly and ad hoc performance reports to partner stakeholders, highlighting trends, action plans, and SLA adherence.
Generate and deliver financial reconciliation invoices aligned with contract terms.
Serve as the escalation point for RCM issues, driving timely resolution and clear communication.
Maintain strong partner satisfaction through proactive communication and consistent execution.
Identify and implement strategies to improve revenue cycle efficiency and outcomes.
Lead the RCM team and ensure compliance with payer rules, system configurations, and operational standards.
Act as the subject matter expert on partner-facing RCM activities, providing updates and solutions across teams.
