Salesforce Administrator

Position Available: Salesforce Administrator
Location: Remote; Sri Lanka based
Hours: Full-time; 5:30am - 1:30pm, IST (Colombo time)

About the Role
As our Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform. You will work closely with cross functional teams to identify, develop, and deploy business processes that help drive efficiency and productivity across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Management: Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, record types, process builders, and automations to support evolving business needs.
  • User Support: Handle day-to-day user inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support, ensuring a seamless user experience for all teams.
  • Data Integrity: Oversee data management, including cleansing, de-duplication, import, and export processes.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Create and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Integrations: Collaborate with internal and external resources to integrate Salesforce with other business systems and third-party applications.
  • Security & Compliance: Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing settings while ensuring adherence to data security and compliance standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date on Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends to recommend and implement enhancements.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Salesforce Expertise: Minimum 3 years’ experience administering Salesforce in a professional setting.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with configuration tools (flows, process builder, workflow rules), data management tools (Data Loader, Import Wizard), and basic understanding of Apex/Visualforce is a plus.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to gather and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions within Salesforce.
  • Analytical Mindset: Experience creating complex reports and dashboards; able to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong organisational and troubleshooting skills, with keen attention to detail.
