We are looking for an outstanding team member to join in managing and coordinating the collection of delinquent payments for auto loan accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform delinquent account collection calls on accounts where vehicles have been repossessed
  • Service inbound customer calls pertaining to Redemptions/Reinstatements
  • Maintain clear and descriptive notes
  • Set up and process one-time payments
  • Prepare delinquent accounts for post-repossession status
  • Communicate with clients in a timely and orderly fashion by sending out notices
  • Communicate effectively, in both written and oral formats, with Repo agents and forwarders to assist in the vehicle release process and provide necessary instructions
  • Enforce compliance with Collection Standard of Conduct policies
  • Perform various administrative functions

  • Requirements:
  • Proficiency in both Portuguese and English is required
  • One plus years' experience with collections in a call center environment 
  • Auto collections experience is preferred
  • Previous work in collections, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Outstanding customer, communication and organizational skill
  • High level of integrity
  • Strong sense of teamwork yet able to work independently
