Role description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Omnichannel Senior Manager to lead and drive successful design and implementation of Omnichannel campaigns for our Clients, as well as help supporting the team in shaping and developing our services and offering in that space. It is an exciting, fast paced and high visibility role, working closely with the Sales (Account Directors), Delivery (Delivery Directors), Products and Solution Teams and the wider Senior Leadership Team to ensure ultimate success, adoption and Client Satisfaction.
Responsibilities:Establish and develop long-term relationships with international clients, understand their main goals and needs.Provide support in planning & execution of digital marketing campaigns and customer journeys for key clients.Ensure proper internal communication - translating client’s needs into specific actions within a cross-functional team.Establish and monitor KPIs as a holistic system to measure the success of the developed campaigns.Analyze campaign results and prepare proposals for improvement.Accumulate best practices on campaign planning and management to constantly share them with the team and client.Lead projects on a global/regional level in terms of strategic campaign development.Work with the Head of Omnichannel to develop and enhance our offering in Omnichannel Strategy and Transformation, aligned to the company vision and core domains of expertise.Act as an internal champion, coach and expert to educate our key stakeholders on these offerings (Sales, Omnichannel, wider Customer facing Teams, Delivery).Support Sales in pitching, development proposal and converting into Sales.Be a contributor for shaping approaches for projects.Required Skills & Knowledge5+ years of general experience with Omnichannel and digital marketing.Experience in the Life Sciences Industry is however is a mustFluent English from Upper-Intermediate, additional language is a plus.Breadth and depth of Omnichannel experience (brand planning, communication and messaging, Multichannel planning, Customer Engagement Planning, Campaign Execution, Reporting and Analytics).Experience of at least affinity with enabling technologies for deployment of Campaign and Content at scale including CRM, Marketing Automation, CMS, Content Authoring platforms.Exposure to Modular approaches to deploying Campaign and Content.Experience with marketing strategy development on a global or regional level with further scaling to countries level.Strong communication and customer-oriented skills as a must.Experience with large organizations in an international environment, preferably in a pharma context (would be a plus).Project management and marketing/digital campaign coordination and planning experience.Proactive and open-minded, with the ability to constantly learn and develop.Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving.Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced marketing environment, constantly striving for excellence.Commercial acumen and experience highly preferable.Solid understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel).What we provide:
