We are looking for a Junior User Acquisition Manager to join our performance marketing team. Together, we will scale the reach of our products globally by launching campaigns for both mobile apps and web projects. You will work side-by-side with experienced UA managers, gain valuable hands-on experience with international markets, and master modern tools and creative techniques. This is an opportunity to grow into a strong performance marketing specialist while working on ambitious, data-driven products
In this role, you will
Launch and manage streamer acquisition campaigns for our apps
Support the UA team with creative testing and media buying optimization
Work with top advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Unity, and Moloco
Develop and test new user acquisition funnels (App2App, Web2App, App2Message, Web)
Improve creatives, localize content, and expand into new markets
Optimize key acquisition metrics such as CPI, CTR%, IPM
Enhance campaign analytics and reporting

Previous role as a junior marketer (Media Buyer, UAM, or agency specialist) — even without direct product experience
Desire to grow and learn in performance marketing

Solid academic background
