2.5+ years of proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to maintain discretion and handle sensitive information confidentially. Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills. Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and make independent decisions.
Core responsibilities:
Manage executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, presentations, and communications. Serve as a liaison between executives and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication. Organize files, records, and databases while ensuring confidentiality. Coordinate special projects and events by planning logistics, gathering resources, and tracking timelines. Build and maintain strong working relationships with team members and clients, proactively anticipating needs.
