5+ years of experience in graphic design with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects across print and digital mediums. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition with a keen eye for detail. Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design and branding. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas, receive feedback, and collaborate effectively. Creative problem-solving abilities with adaptability to evolving project requirements and client needs. Strong time-management skills, handling multiple projects while meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments. Understanding of social media, and how to utilize produced graphics content to further business objectives.

Core responsibilities:

Develop creative concepts, designs, and layouts for marketing materials, including logos, brochures, social media graphics, and more. Collaborate with clients and teams to understand project goals, target audiences, and design requirements. Translate ideas into visuals that effectively communicate brand identity, messaging, and value propositions. Create high-quality designs using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. Develop and refine brand identities, including logos, typography, and color palettes, for consistency and recognition. Design digital experiences such as website layouts, UI elements, and multimedia content like infographics and videos. Work with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives. Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and incorporate feedback to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
