2.5+ years proven experience in phone-based sales, customer service, or lead qualification; preference for a background in healthcare or nursing. Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills. Strong ability to ask probing questions to effectively qualify potential leads. Experience with updating and managing customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage high call volumes efficiently. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and lead engagement.

Core responsibilities:

Handle inbound phone calls and manage outbound calls to potential leads interested in personal injury claims. Ask qualifying questions to assess the suitability of leads and determine their potential as clients. Update and maintain internal systems and databases with lead progress and follow-up information. Provide clear and detailed information about services to prospective clients. Schedule appointments and follow-up calls as needed to convert leads into consultations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth lead transition and optimal customer experience. Document call outcomes and feedback accurately for continuous process improvement.
